Built to designs by Carl Gotthard Langhans 1789-1793.
Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church:
Church construction and memorial in honor of Wilhelm 1.
Architect and Royal Architect Franz Schwechten. Inauguration on 1 September 1895.
1959 to 1961 Construction of the new Memorial Church (new building next to the ruin), architect Egon Eiermann.
Reichstag building:
Construction from 1884 to 1894, architect Paul Wallot. After the reunification conversion of the Reichstag building and construction of a new dome by the architects Foster + Partners. Completion in 1999.
